Victor Elvis omondi As the Founder and Executive Director of Nyalenda young Turks community based organization, helps to unleash youths as moral changemakers, empowers and build bridges for youth to thrive and lead. He also serves as Executive Director Of Legends of Hope Enterprise., Afro-Optimist, speaker, entrepreneur and organizational development strategist.

He reviewed applications prepared for the county & National Forum by enlisting and allocating sessions and tasks to volunteersand reviewed applications of the Promising Practices in Character Development in community development.

Elvis has focused his efforts on Nyalenda young Turks community based organization, providing mental health support, engaging a network of grassroot organizations and volunteers to reach the most isolated areas, and reducing education, inequality and fast tracking learning for students from poor households especially in the slum of kisumu through the provision of print study materials.. A 27 year old Gentleman is kenya's Male Gender champion from Kisumu COUNTY .

He is also a CHAMPION for persons with disability and led businesses in 2020 within the lake Region . A journalist by profession who hasserved both National TV station under media max & various local Radio Station as power of Advocacy on women, youths & persons with disability inclusion..Elvis is an ardent advocate for Youth , women & persons with disability Inclusion.

Passionate about Impact Investment, Social Entrepreneurship, and Sustainable Development of grassroots and Progressive Governance, Innovation, enterprise development, and sustainable utilization of natural resources are key ingredients in alleviating poverty and other social challenges on the African continent. His efforts are based towards job creation for the youth, women & person with disability in financial inclusion for women, and holistic support for SMEs and Startup ecosystem as catalysts for development in emerging economies.

Following His work with Youth and Women-led SMEs and advocacy for micro enterprise acceleration, He was selected as the male gender champion by Fida kenya _ to promote women participation in leadership & governance, economics, advocate for Gender Based violence , economic empowerment, promote analytics, an,d business intelligence, Advising the private sector on strategy, innovation, rural jobs, youth, women & Pwds inclusion and sustainable development

He worked as a community and Clients mobilizer in support of Tiko program. As a Peer Educator on Responsible Behavior and Behavior change He supported hundreds of young people aged 15-24 years to adopt new ways of living to evade the HIV/AIDs menance & teenage pregnancy. He is also supporting loyalty programme in partnership with kemri CDC & maisha med to promote quality, affordable & accessible health care.
